Select "B2B Meetings" from the main menu and set your availability for meetings during the exhibition.

By sharing your availability in advance, other participants can easily request meetings and schedule appointments with you.

Step 2 – Complete Your Profile

Go to "Edit Profile" and complete your company profile with accurate business information.

Important Notice

Meeting requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If a company declines your meeting request, you will not be able to submit another request to the same participant.
